There are quite a few versions of 'Ways to Wellbeing' out there which include the NHS guidelines and those suggested by Mind.

I like to go for 6 ways to wellbeing:

  • Connect

  • Be Active

  • Keep Learning

  • Give

  • Take Notice

  • Practice Self Care

Check out the videos for some ideas to meet each one.

The bottom line is that your wellbeing is your own. Olives and Maths make me sad but to some they are bliss. The beauty of diversity. 

Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.
